About Norcross Georgia

Norcross is a lovely antidote to the many modern subdivisions around Atlanta but still offers the convenient close location for those who commute inside the perimeter. With the beautiful well established neighborhoods, well preserved historic homes, and a mix of new condominium and townhouse communities Norcross has a place to call home for everybody. Norcross is treasured by its residents and has been wonderfully preserved and restored.

Norcross is well known for its charming and historical downtown district. The downtown district´s streets are lined with beautifully preserved historic homes, crepe myrtles, dogwoods, benches, and the Victorian downtown area is full of unique shops and award winning restaurants.  The ?old fashioned´ district of downtown in the evening is illumined by old fashioned street lamps and during the spring and summer months have flowers baskets hanging from them. The historic district is made up of 112 acres and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Norcross is a picture of the classic Southern hospitality with the antebellum mansions and Victorian homes that sit along the streets that are canopied by tall southern pines and splendid old oak trees.

Whether you wish to have the old-style southern atmosphere or the modern features and elegance of new homes Norcross has everything to offer someone how wishes to call it homes.  The award winning school systems have led to the development of new subdivisions and there are many of them springing up all around Norcross that offer the modern floor plans and designs but still offer the beauty that the well established neighborhoods do.

The residents in the picturesque city of Norcross do not have to give up the convenience of the big city to enjoy the small town southern charm with Atlanta just a few exits down the road.
